@ToonLink97: No, Nintendo keeps all the characters created for original Nintendo franchises. All of the new DK and StarFox characters created by Rare are still Nintendos.

@KRayGolf: Those spikes aren't going to be anywhere as big as Apple's one spike. When a new iPhone is released everyone who bought the previous generation at launch is eligible to upgrade again. People who bought the HTC Evo 4G, don't have the same option to buy a Samsung Epic 4G. It's not a new generation of phones

@dion.roberts: Well it can already do Netflix, video rentals, network streaming etc... They also have access to Android apps, which will allow for things like Pandora, Slacker, Boxee to be available in the future. Along with a full web browser with HTML5 and Flash support.

@BLToday: Yes, you have to license Google Apps like GMail, and the Market. Like I said though, those fees are obviously small since the OS itself has no licensing fees. That's why the cost of making an Android device is so cheap. Archos however does not have the option to pay those fees with the devices. Since those
