Oh, yeah, I’ve been using it intermittently for years. Also been taking it in addition to prescription pills. I’ll probably try using it alone tonight, then get fed up and take an Ambien.

Were you taking Benadryl immediately after stopping Ambien? I’d like to try it if only until I can get a different prescription, but I get rebound insomnia bad. Not taking it pretty much guarantees I won’t be able to sleep.

I am having a heckuva time trying to figure out this sleeping pill problem. Ambien gives me about four hours of sleep a night and a persistent headache for the past two days. I’ve been going to bed just about as soon as it’s dark out.
