Yeah people weren’t less fat 70 years ago because they didn’t eat meat, they were less fat because they ate sensible portions (probably due to more modest means of production rather than choice) and had generally fresher food.

Because in the penultimate episode of a 9 chapter, 40 years in the making story, Rian Johnson strolled in and decided HE was going to switch things up a little.

I saw the original trilogy in the theater and they meant the world to me.

That film did not take place in some kind of anarchic setting in which it would make sense for kids not to rely on the police.

Johnson’s brother wrote Emily’s Theme for the movie, and it’s great. I can’t remember if he scored the whole movie, though.

Brick is definitely worth the watch, but the Blu-Ray doesn’t come out until 2020. It’s streaming on Netflix, though.
