GOG is run by a bunch of well meaning European idiots.

Please include an update stating that Steam does give refunds but do not have it as a policy to avoid exploitation.

There have been countless situations in which customers got refunds and compensation for poor service. The point of not having it as a general policy is to not encourage customers "gaming" the system.
