I live in the same area and the problem here is really that bad. There are few things that get on my nerves as much as high beams in busy traffic. (Only bad left lane discipline is more annoying.)

The single most impactful thing we could do to air travel is to speed up the boarding and deplaning process. On a typical 2 hour domestic flight you spend another hour or two slouching in frustration. And people are sooooo slow. Can we please put two exits on planes already....
