The single most impactful thing we could do to air travel is to speed up the boarding and deplaning process. On a typical 2 hour domestic flight you spend another hour or two slouching in frustration. And people are sooooo slow. Can we please put two exits on planes already....

First thing I’d do is get rid of that hollow-sounding gong in every Ford and Lincoln vehicle. I cannot describe how cheap that makes them feel. I honestly believe 99% of people aren’t consciously aware of it (that includes Ford employees) but most people DO perceive it as a low quality experience.

With phones it’s a little easier.

Find them and hang them.
