2001 BMW 330ci. Once in a while I’d push in the clutch to shift, RPMs would drop and wouldn’t bounce back up, causing a stall. Dealer could never fix it....

Interesting mention to the M3.  The only e46 I ever heard it compared to was the 330ci

It may be under 90k, but the selling price will probably be closer to the msrp due to the “special edition”-ness. I’d reckon it will be around a 10k actual selling price delta between this and the regular LC. The regular LC can be typically had for $75k-78k

Are you sure he didn’t mean that he got a gray market Ferrari instead of an actual fake one?  Given your description of him, it sounds like he would embellish a story like that and say it was actually a “fake Ferrari”
