Netflix streaming is more convenient than pirating. I used to pirate all my shows, but netflix came up with a better solution. I don't have to download the whole show, convert mkv to work on Xbox and then delete the copy off my hard drive. Making a service that pirates are excited to pay for is quite the

@moonshadowkati: It shouldn't. Private mode erases cookies and sessions after you are done; it doesn't encrypt communication.

Just putting this out there, at first glance, it looks like the kid has a gun.

@Dunadan: very good observation!

@yourcitylovesyou: And here I thought there was no possible good answer, I stand corrected.

@ReginaPhalange: i'm still waiting for my armband for the ipad so i can use it with runkeeper. thats legit.

@icy_one: thanks, i figured i'd ask what you meant before throwing out a scathing comment. i totally forgot about error detection and recovery records in rar files, which are slick. newsgroups takes care of all that for me though so bittorrented rars are a thing of the past for me :)

@PSUSkier: Rarely but yes. Does sabnzbd take care of those?

@jabber: Some people REFUSE to PAY for their piracy. I on the other hand, have no problem dropped $10 per month to download stuff with no (?) logs, and at full bandwidth saturation, with no uploads after. $10 to replace my $100 cable bill? Fiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiine.

I use newsgroups for all my downloads, all of them are rar'ed and they sabnzbd automatically unrars them. Price you pay for not paying any price at all.

@icy_one: Please enlighten me into the ranters ignorance? What are they ignorant of?

@bazookafox: My only point was you don't need a mobile television to watch in bed. not sure why you'd want a touchscreen television in your bedroom, or why you'd need youtube access. i use my xbox 360 to stream all my xvid/avi/divx/mkv files. if i want youtube, i have my phone or laptop.

@bazookafox: You could do it with, you know, an actual television. How much television can you buy for $700 now? A lot more than a 10" one.

@KeytarVillain: for me it didn't work on rock, only on cydia

@thefastest: As stupid as it is to reply to my own comment, i installed it. It functions, but its just as annoying on a phone as it is on a web page. Flash is decent for streaming internet video, and is great for infographics. The other stuff it's used for is generally not the best solution. i'm a freelance flash

How come you keep just saying "yeah it's here" instead of "it works great" or "it works horribly." What happened to the opinion oriented Gizmodo and not just the impartial reporting of information before unnamed competitors.

i just bought the iphone 4 (launch day) and thought to myself "figures, now i can't get verizon." wrongo. Unlocked iphone 4 is going for 700-800 on ebay right now. that's plenty to buy the top tier model on verizon and pay the termination fee on at&t. jackpot.
