does anybody else remember Baba Yaga from the old game Quest for Glory?

Escape was pretty darn good, buoyed by one amazing performance in Arquette, one very solid performance by Dano, and del Toro kind of stunk actually. I felt it went too quickly after they escaped, but Stiller really did show a dedication to crafting the story.

They say the best jokes require detailed explanation

people telling other people they are wrong has been a deterrent to people being wrong since time immemorial

I’d say it isn’t explaining something while shrugging exasperatedly

uhh yeah, I was fully aware of that irony, that’s why I said that.  I guess you not being aware of my being aware of that irony is why you found it “bizarre”...because it would have been bizarre if it wasn’t obvious that’s why I was saying that.  But, you seem determined to ad hominem me as condescending and bizarre.

I disagree with myself from earlier, I don’t think Lee was aware that he screwed up with the “one bad apple” scene. “This is only incoherent or contradictory if the movie is about racism in the police department.”--I mean, the film spends quite a bit of time with that racist in the police department and the scene I

Pretty sure this also has to do with CNN’s involvement, considering they canned him for being low quality.

also funding the postal service pisses Trump off and makes it more likely mail-in ballots won’t be interfered with in November. Who’m I kidding, they will be :D we’re fucked!

I don’t agree that I am being condescending, and I think it’s condescending of you to drop that on me because I disagree with you. The cop scene is presented as everybody comes together and gets rid of one bad apple. At the end of the movie the problem is no longer within the police department, as it was shown through

I was spared from Chris Lilley by having a sense of humor

McConnell is evil as hell, but he isn’t somebody who organically came into specifically Trump’s orbit and was hired by Trump. I meant more the Bannons, Conaways, Millers, etc., of the world, those whose specific predilection for crapulence brought them next to the shitpile in chief.

I simply disagree, that very end was powerful but I don’t think it could be read as Lee putting on a band-aid and then ripping the band-aid off to show that it was always infected. The Tarzan happy ending with everybody cheering they got the bad apple was the end of the story and the movie; he very well may have

Ronald Reagan was the head of the Screen Actors Guild who sold everybody out to the HUAC, that’s how he met Nancy Davis, they were evil from the start.

there is a difference between good reasons and good reasons.  For Cohn “I want more money” and “because it will hurt people and that’s how I feel important” were good reasons, thinking everybody is in this together and we all want what’s best for everyone and the planet is how greenies keep walking into buzzsaws, it’s

I am hoping this isn’t “everybody is the hero of their own story and nobody thinks they are doing evil” because that is complete and utter garbage. Cohn, Manafort, Barr, they are knowingly dedicated to evil.

so that isn’t Joe Pantoliano?

I think you meant DOCTOR WHO’s Noel Clarke but thanks for posting this article that message really sucked.

Jesus Christ: I love this news.  But then, I love everything.  That’s like, my thing, man.

to the contrary, he was searching for “shea butter kneecaps”
