Just curious... What exactly does this have to do with cars?

Separation of powers. The United States Federal Government is only authorized to manage things on a national level, thus, they are barred from managing Washington D.C.

VW owns Bugatti, and Bugatti is working on a new Veyron successor to beat the Hennessey Venom GT, so there's no way in hell Hennessey will ever get to do high speed development & testing at VW's Ehra Lessien test track...

Um... Did you forget how many poor and stupid people there are in the United States these days? I'm willing to bet a large number of Americans don't know the symptoms of Ebola, and wouldn't seek medical attention until after they've already spread the disease to others.

It doesn't matter if they are quarantined here. The reality is they shouldn't be brought here at all. Sorry, but 2 Ebola infected Americans does not justify risking spreading Ebola to the United States.

I suggest going to my Kinja and reading my other comments/responses here, and then maybe you'l understand what I'm

Read my other comments & replies in this thread, and you'll see why this is a really, really stupid decision. Save yourself some trouble, and just visit my Kinja to read them.

And do some reading... Everything I said is the truth. If you get Ebola, you can pretty much kiss your ass goodbye, because your chances of

In case you are unfamiliar, Ebola is highly infectious disease, and has a 50-90% mortality rate. It is an absolutely horrible disease, and there is no cure for it. The most logical thing that can be done is Quarantine those infected, attempt to treat on site, and prevent further spreading of the disease by any and all

Um... What complete moron decided this is in any way a good idea?

"Hey, let's bring those people who have a highly infectious disease which has a 50-90% mortality rate into the United States! What could possibly go wrong?"

Absolute morons. What they should be doing is instituting this thing called a "Quarantine" to

1,000 bhp GT-R

The reason the market won't punish them is because a lot of this stuff stems from "Old GM" and "New GM" is making much better cars, and is going out of their way to make sure that these problems don't occur in the future... as evidenced by them recalling a whole lot of cars they didn't have to recall, but chose to.

It

Is this Jalopnik, or a political website? Personally speaking, I see enough political crap elsewhere, and the last thing I care to see is political crap on Jalopnik. I come here to read about cars, not about the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. I don't even care that you put it on Foxtrot Alpha... it was still put on the

...aaaaand why is this on Jalopnik? This is political, and has nothing to do with cars what-so-ever... I come here for car related news, the last thing I want to see when I come here is political crap. I see enough political crap on my facebook feed, and on other sites. Also, doesn't Gawker media have a website for

I disagree... Helicopter wash is waaaay more noticeable than what is in the video... also, the grass seems to be moving uniformly in one direction... if the wind were the wash from a helicopter, the grass would be moving in a radial pattern away from the helicopter, and not in a single direction. To wrap up, all I see

A helicopter? Try a RC Drone... which can cost as low as $700 USD, maybe even lower by now... Throw a go pro on there and you're up to a bit over a grand.

I will say this one for the V60 looks like it was funded by Volvo, but that doesn't mean his other video was part of a Volvo viral marketing campaign... All it means

Sorry, but no... That's not even the best looking Corvette, in my humble opinion... To me, I think the 1960 Corvette C1 is one of, if not the best looking American car ever made. Yes, the following pics are from Forza Motorsport 4, but they represent the 1960 Corvette C1 that I would have if I had the money...

I always thought it was pronounced "Bro-am"... "brough" pronounced like "though". I'll stick with that as I'm not convinced it should be pronounced as "broom" (like the thing you sweep floors with). Doesn't sound right to me...

Go to the frames at the 24 second mark, and look closely at the upper half of the windshield... You can tell that there is at least someone in the front passenger seat...

It is for me as well... Though, it's not just upside down, it's actually rotated 180 degrees.

No... My point was that just because something is hollow, doesn't mean it's weaker.

Pro Tip: Don't make assumptions, because when you're wrong, it makes you look stupid. Trying asking questions instead.

A 1/2" steel bar is easier to bend than a 1/2 steel pipe. Your argument is invalid.
