I was thinking it looked more along the lines of a school uniform of some kind.

“Celebrate us for pretending to take a stance months after it became acceptable to do so as we continue our silence towards studios in the room no doubt doing the exact same fucking things.”
I do really like Gregg Miller in some ways but dude is a kind of calculated phoney that really irks me. He’s like a much more likable Jimmy Fallon(Pete Holmes?) in that he has a fakeness to him that even you know he knows I laid on too thick. I wish Jeff Gerstmann was more mainstream because while he’s sometimes…
No one cares about an article titled “Normal streamer has a normal stream and nothing interesting happened”. The news always seems shitty because, frankly, stuff being normal is not news.
So much this. Difficulty is fine. Punishing me with boredom and tedious slogging is not. That’s why I usually bounce off most Souls games, becaue I get sick of trudging around stuff I’ve already done 20 times to get back to the boss that keeps kicking my ass.
The concept of NFTs, the technical concept of them, really is interesting. How that concept is currently being applied is not.
Actually motion blur applies to per object too (not just camera rotation). If you turn it off altogether you are missing out on a lot of stunning visual effects. For instance waterfalls look like they are made from falling pixels with no motion blur. I recommend dropping it no more than low.

I would settle for them getting rid of the ridiculous forced underwear on your model. They’re perfectly willing to show you your character’s genitals during chargen and in the inventory screens, and even during cutscenes where you can see the underwear on your model but no underwear on yourself in the mirror in the…
It doesn’t come from nowhere though. The Black and Asian communities in America have a long sordid history of racism going both ways...
This article means well, but blaming the growing problem of anti-Asian sentiment in this country on the fetishization of Asian women doesn’t quite do the problem justice. We’re coming off of a presidency during which ignorant, Sinophobic comments have openly been made and, by extension, encouraged by our highest…
Not really so much an inequity of graphical polish as it is a difference in art direction and lighting.
Uh...sure. Looks great to me still.
So no matter how sensitive or respectful they might be, white people should never explore anything outside of their own culture and heritage? It is WILD how the far left is swinging all the way back around to the idea that segregation might be a good idea
“This may seem like an overly cynical and bad-faith interpretation of what Critical Role is doing with this new campaign.”
I’m very much in the “art direction beats graphical fidelity” camp, but this game doesn’t really seem to have much of either. And the level of pop-in I’ve seen in some of these videos goes beyond a graphical issue and becomes a gameplay issue.
I definitely consider myself liberal/left, but I often find myself pretty disgusted by how much discourse on the left sounds oddly like it’s promoting separation of the races.
First Akwafine thought, first time I heard her talk (Crazy Rich Asians) I thought she was doing a Miley Cyrus impersonation so that’s my take on her voice.
being overweight is not a character trait, and acting is a service industry.
I really hate this fat suit argument. Being heavy is not an immutable characteristic. Punishing a thin actor by not letting them play somebody who either genetically or otherwise happens to be heavy is ridiculous and has nothing to do with acting. I guess we should force Zellweger to treat her body like Christian Bale…
