I don’t think the first problem is actually a thing, if the report system was so easily gameable by bad faith actors, popular female streamers hated by incels like Alinity or Amouranth would be banned every other week and that’s obviously not what happens.
She was banned 3 days for this, Dr. Disrespect was banned for a month for the bathroom incident so I don’t think your joke works as well as you might think, just saying.
