I’d go past ear plugs and use full muffs. Maybe it’s me being a wuss but as I’ve gotten older, I’ve been more concerned about stuff like that now. Hell, I use muffs all the time around the house working with grinders, saws and even while I mow.

By the power of Greyskull!
When I got to that part, David Tracy is the exact analogy I thought of too.
Ooo, hot take!
Miniature brrrrrrrrrtttt is always a good answer
We listed our house 2 weeks ago. Not even remotely upgraded or special about it. Listed for about 10k over what Zillow’s estimate was. Never made it to an open house stage. 6 showings in the first 3 days and ended up taking the first offer after some negotiating for 2k under asking and buyer pays closing. Now, just…
Man, I thought there was no way you would get even remotely close, but holy hell you have made a crap ton of progress! You got this, man!
Yeah, I went CP because of the no title part. My state, same state as the seller of this truck, actually, requires a title and the process to get one if it’s missing is damn near impossible. More so if what people are saying about Ford pulling their certificates of conformity is true. If it wasn’t for that, it would…
Grandfather was an alcoholic. How he never got into an accident, I will never know. He drove a late 60's, early 70's Buick. It was green. He wanted to reprint his car. He ended up paying some other alcoholic down the street to repaint it to the tune of $300. The drunk repainted it alright. He used a brush and the…
Late ‘60's, my grandfather bought my mother her first car. Brand new Opel. Car had a manual transmission. She had never driven a manual transmission. He drops her off at the dealership, tosses her the keys and says “see you at home!”The town they lived in had a large hill in the middle of it. She got the car going and…
Depending upon what kind of store you are at, if they sell tape measures, just go to where they are at and grab one. I do this lo the time if I forget to bring one with me.
How are these trucks used? Now, I will grant you, some will never see anything but pavement. But, many will get their tires dirty and venture off road. Farmers who use these trucks to pull their horse trailers, farm trailers and go check up on their fields and such will need cool exhaust. Driving through tall grass…
Came for this. Was not disappointed!
I watched the premier of Bob’s Burgers long ago when it came out and thought it was ok. A couple years later, I started rewatching it online and upon second watching, thought it was fantastic! My favorite episode is the one where they did a Working Girl/Die Hard play called Work Hard or Die Trying, Girl!
It’s funny because it’s true!
“Giant semi”. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.
I LOL’d. Have a star!
My wife has said basically the same thing. I keep shaking my head and telling her that she is totally wrong on this one. Crumple zones, air bags and modern safety features trump 80's steel construction every time.
You really don’t cook enough roasts, Carl.
Honestly, that’s what impressed me about the video. The ability of the drivers to back arrow straight for a significant distance all the while doing precision application of material. That is impressive.
