Future trolling note. Saying “in fact” does not make what you say, actually a fact. You need to show the receipts, as the young kids say. On many levels, mutual exclusivity is extremely difficult to prove.

I layer up over night, starting with a light sheet, then ending up in a cocoon by morning. (I also prefer a cold room). If I cocoon too quickly, or the duvet/comforter is too heavy, I can’t sleep.
