I'd give it some more time. Not a spoiler, as I gave up on the comics around the governor arch. Just a hunch.
Seeing as the only expression the kid seems capable of is that blank psychotic stare they kind of had to go in that direction. They already have one who has dibs on "Johnny Depp channeling HST", so "drug abuser" was out.
What is TV Land? Is it like a network? This newswire confuses me, and I am only partly soothed by that picture of Alyson Hannigan that goes with it.
