That’s some circular reasoning. Denvelopers should release a game to gauge interest to determine whether or not to release a game?

Agree! it’s amazing how many comments here show just how ignorant people still are about how the game industry works. I don’t blame this studio too much, because they’re only doing what others are doing, and they kinda have to to stay competitive.

This is Cat Lady:

There’s a certain degree of fatalism within Japanese culture, and even an interest in nuclear catastrophes. I don’t think it’s that surprising. I also suspect that CDPR’s marketing didn’t leave the same impression there that it had in the West - the game simply didn’t enjoy as much awareness.

Lets just say the representative from Konami was Keifer’ed on his way to the podium.

Thank you. It adds another layer to this absurdity sandwich.

It really makes it seem like a divorce that went south quickly, to the point were they can’t even stand being in the same room for more the a second.

And shortly after, Konami won for Metal Gear Solid V and with Kojima sitting right there, the presenter had to say, “KONAMI could not be here to accept the award.”

To be fair, a Chinese dude could’ve written that book and Americans would still just be like “Fuck yeah he was a vampire slayer cause Lincoln was BADASS!!”

Sort of how you’re complaining about people because you can? I mean, it’s a free article and you didn’t have to write anything. Sort of weird.

Now that’s a Jill I’d like to have in a sandwich!

I followed news of the original Prey since the 90s, drooling over concept art and screenshots in PC Gamer magazine. I know there’s lots of us, but not that many, especially in 2-3 years or whenever this comes out. But at this point if they’re gonna sell a new one, I’m thinking it’s fresh IP or reboot. They’ll probably

She just got Barry killed but no worries she saved a minute ago, it’s all good.

Here, Jill seems rather sanguine in the face of certain death.

Totoro-san

The one interesting wrinkle here is that Zenimax (Bethesda’s parent company) spent money to buy the Prey IP back in 2009 but hasn’t actually done anything with it, so they might be thinking that they need to use the name somewhere in order to justify that investment.

But in this flat earth, it could.

I like how you said "Sorry everyone..." like what you're saying is fact, instead of your opinion. There's plenty of people that still love Eternal Darkness, myself included.
