I think if people would think of it more as a display type that it would seem more sensible. A lot of game types can benefit from a full 360 view with head tracking. Just that in addition to what we already use will be great. Speaking as a console gamer.

I feel like it’s a cram to get a large number of titles out. Maybe devs felt the same as we do? The tech wasn’t there, so they kept working on other things. Now the tech is there so we’re getting stuff that’s been in development for a year or so only. There are exceptions, EVE and Lucky’s Tale come to mind…

See, I have to disagree. It resolved the one plot thread I needed resolved from Trigger. It had the same whimsy and charm. Lore wise, it wouldn’t be happening if the events of Trigger didn’t happen. It takes place afterwards. Totes sequel. More a sequel than any mainline FF title has been to its predecessors.

The processing box is for TV display I read. Idk. I’m sure it will be fine. PS4 is plenty powerful.

I assume the head unit also has its own tracking equipment and that the camera is for tracking your actual location and added accuracy. Much like the DS4 and PSMove have motion control but the camera tracks your location, distance from camera etc.

Honestly it is GREAT that they are doing pressers but not taking up 90% of the show floor showing us stuff that will already be getting massive exposure. Maybe we’ll get more diverse lineups on the floor now. Wins all around!

I feel ya! Stretch Panic, Catherine, Gungrave, Vandal Hearts (simultaneous moves ftw!) even Bloody Roar had a weirdness IMO. Oh and Ehrgeiz, and Einhander. Release on PS Classics!!!!!!
