Far worse is that I've also noticed an alarming trait of loose and sloppy ratcheting mechanisms (recently Sears new or exchanged) and have found that some of the 27-click ratcheting drivers from Harbor

Since the Chinese economy is experiencing similar growth and expansion to the US 1950s economy, I think any Chinese econobox is the perfect fit for wood paneling. Geely, Chery, SAIC etc.

Evil Ford Ka knows how half cat was created.

It is the Laycock de Normanville tranny. It has been used in countless British & Swedish cars throughout the years and is a standard trans with a planetary gear-set on the rear end for an electronically controllable overdrive. Basically a ludicrously expensive 5th gear for cars that like to rust.

The best part of buying old used cars is that for the price of a new beetle you can get the best old beetle ever built. The mid-80s Carrera-Beetles are my fav.
