Perhaps a learning disability in middle school doesn’t mitigate your involvement or responsibility in helping your husband murder 49 people.

Twilight and nepotism, respectively. Google is your friend, grandma.
And that’s the worst part for me: nobody went “crazy.” The people of Germany didn’t have a collective psychological episode where they blacked out and woke up to find that, with the connivance of large segments of almost every other European country, they’d somehow slaughtered millions of innocent people.
She and Martin Luther King Jr. were born the same year.
This is living history. Anne Frank might have lived to be an aunt or grandmother had not people gone crazy. She would be 86 in a better world.
While some camps made a weak effort to conceal their murderous operations, Sobibor was clearly a death camp: prisoners were often taken straight from the trains to the gas chambers. After an uprising in October 1943, Nazis destroyed the camp and attempted to eradicate all evidence of the killings. But researchers have…
I can understand someone feeling insecure around a younger person who has accomplished a lot, but Jesus Christ she is four years old! If the accomplishments of a preschooler bothers you, you have serious self-image issues!
Hey, it’s not your fault. I think it’s weird that so many of the screen shots were included in the article here. . . but not what is, perhaps, the most damning one.
Not to mention her saying this: “McSweeney texts again on December 29, “U hate me cus I’m white. Our conversations r everything to me btw. We have a lot of friends in common and if anyone of them saw this I would b so ashamed.”
Yeah, that’s a huge red flag. He’s smart to have seen the signs.
Agreed. There are red flags and then there are dealbreakers. For me, the dealbreakers are things like out the gate saying something racist, misogynistic, or homophobic. Saying all the dudes on the app “look gay” would seal the deal for me. He at least was nice enough to not ghost her, but it was pretty obvious he…
Yes! I came here to write the same thing! I’m pretty sure he was over it as soon as she said “The dudes all look gay to me”. I mean that’s when I would have been like, “Cool. I don’t want to ever meet this person.”
They were both bizarre in their texting, like they were having different conversations. Neither of them made any sense.
Broad City is a blessing and far superior to Girls but the characters in Girls are extremely realistic which is why so many people hate the show. Every character is extremely believable, most people are kinda douchey and self absorbed. We expect likable characters with flaws because that’s how every show is written.…
Perhaps whoever designed that dress is really into Picasso?
What in God’s name is happening with Anna Kendrick’s bosom there?
I find that line interesting considering one of the (many) reasons I quit watching this show (somewhere around season 3) was because I hated how angsty they got and how little real friendship there was between the characters. I vastly prefer broad city for my “millennial women in NYC” needs, Abbi & Ilana are true…
I said this in a comment a few months ago, but I truly think that Trump could have stood in the streets and burned live puppies on television, and his supporters would have been like “But he’s different! He’s exciting! But emails, lock her up!”
The Trump presidency is so depressing/unbelievable/terrifying with all these conflicts and it hasn’t even started yet.
Why do we even have laws anyway?
