AD Astra, it was ok, bit of a snooze but the action sequences were pretty good, particularly the moon Rover chase. A little overwrought in the absent father aspect but technically good and brilliant in 4k.

This might be my favorite take ever. (Not to mention Thor 1 and iron Man 3 are my go tos, and indeed cap 1 is like watching paint dry.)

So how many episodes did it take to go from “yay star trek” to "ugh star trek"? Didn't bother to watch but not sure if I even care to now.

It must be awful since this is the first I've heard of it. 

Most people complain that s7-8 had too few episodes but I would argue that s3-4 had too many, in that they covered 1 book across 2 seasons, when in retrospect S3 was pretty irrelevant given what happens at the end. Cut the fat, put red wedding midway of S3 and carryon. 

This just goes to show, no matter what class type you're in or what “elite” crowd you fraternize with, people are fucking filthy.

Fell asleep 20 mins in. Started casino Royale ( the 1967 star-studded comedy version) again got bored what I thought was halfway thru…
