Brick was a bunch of fancy dialogue masquerading as a noir. Looper was passable at best. Johnson just isn’t a good enough writer to handle a Star Wars movie.

The Rose/Finn adventure legit put me to sleep in the theatre (not to mention totally wasting Benicio AND Justin Theroux). The movie would have been 100X better had they not brought Finn out of his coma so early , but Disney gotta sell action figures so....

I think Batman stories (and re: Chewies comment below, Bond movies) are only as good as their villains. And the most interesting ones are pretty few and far between. And in the case of Joker, I don’t need to see how he came to be, he can just be and he’s that much more effective. stop over-explaining shit

I had and still have no desire to see Joker, not because of the hate-hype that preceded it, but because who honestly gives a shit. I feel the same way about the new Batman movie as well. They already made 3 or 4 good batman movies, why does there need to be anymore.

Came to say the same thing, I quite enjoyed it in spite of itself (mostly because I had an inkling of the “twist” as I started watching it and it was quite satisfying to see it play out)

I was christmas shopping last week and saw that they had released a Playmobil The Movie series, thought it was just some random line of toys.

I watched the first 2 eps and thought it was very good, then just never got around to watching another one. Not sure if it's me or the show. (I'm definitely not a comic book guy so maybe a bit of both)

Don’t read comics so don’t know who Cheetah is, but glad Kristen Wiig isn’t Gus Gorman-ing her way through this movie

I watched a Vogel voiced Big Bird segment recently,  much like when Whitmire took over for Kermit,  its just not the same.  RIP
