If they offer an unlimited plan to their customers, their customers should be able to use unlimited data. Kicking out customers for using too much data on an unlimited plan that they paid for should not be allowed. Change the name or get rid of the plan entirely if it’s not actually unlimited.

If they advertise a plan as unlimited, customers should be able to get unlimited data. If there’s a certain threshold that leads to Verizon losing money and wanting to lose the customer, perhaps they shouldn’t call it UNLIMITED.
