It’s not just healthcare facilities, either; it’s any institution wherein one can gain situational power over another. It’s care facilities, law enforcement, religious organizations — any where a person’s autonomy is weakened by physical state, or legal status, or mental state is attractive to abusers.

Counterpoint: take them very seriously, because they are hateful, and likely extremely dangerous.

I believe we’re mostly in agreement in that millions of voters in the U. S. are disenfranchised for the benefit of an out-sized impact of rural votes in all aspects of our government.
