I think we will see a turn soon, more and more people will be made an example of for reckless or distracted driving. I watched a woman next to me as I was commuting west on I-90 from boston after work with her huge phone mounted on the dash and she was watching the news.

The guy clearly made an awful mistake, and will pay a heavy price. I get that. But I do think there is a measure here of disproportionate sentencing.

So you don’t think verbalizing her feelings or leaving would have been a better play than hoping he picked up on her alleged “nonverbal cues” is what I’m to understand?

Women need to explicitly say no, especially younger women. NO NO NO NO. I never had any problems saying that word. If they didn’t get what no meant, it was followed by a kick or a knee to the crotch. Women seem to give to much of their power away.
