Yeah, I did not enjoy Carvey’s show. But, I am not 60, so maybe that’s the problem?

I agree with all of what you wrote. Those were the same parts I enjoyed from CK’s special and the rest of the time it seemed like he was obligated to be there or something. And I rewatched “What I should have said was nothing” and still laughed out loud.
One of my favorite shows ever, and she was captivating in every scene she was in.
Also, she’s totally wearing a wig, right? It’s become almost a Spaceballs helmet at this point.
My husband bought a bubbly rosé once and it was so awful and then we put it on ice. OMG. It was still terrible, but in a fantastic trashy way.
This looks disgusting, and yet I really wish I wasn’t already past 40 so I could have these at my 40th birthday.
The strike of the match that ignites the next Civil War.
Yep, and it messed with Friday Night Lights, too. There was a weird blip in the storyline, and it lost momentum.
I live for Crappens. Their Carol is better than the real Carol.
Ha, nope! Must be a perk of the job or something.
My mail carrier is always on the phone when dropping off my mail. There is no usual time for my mail to arrive, either, the timing of the route seems to be random. So the carrier must talk on their phone all day long, every day! I cannot figure out how that is possible.
Yes, it sounds like she’s trying to bond with a fellow outsider. Annoying and insecure, it sounds like, but not toxic. OP just needs to set boundaries, and try to tune the negative complaining out. My mom told me something once that was annoying as hell, but stung because it was true — that often, if someone is really…
I thought it was Frances Cobain at first! They don’t even look alike, so I have no idea what I was thinking.
Hormones make your hair thin out as you age, and unfortunately there isn’t a lot people can do to stop that. It’s genetics, and it sucks to know that I am judged if I keep my hair short, and I’m judged if I let it grow and look like the crypt keeper. I’m so over our culture’s obsession with women having tons of hair…
Where I live in the midwest it’s also not uncommon for people to have a 2nd kitchen in the basement, especially in older homes. They’re holdovers from multi-generational living I guess. It’s nice when you don’t want to heat up your main floor if you have to use the oven in the summertime! We renovated our 1980's…
Most of the time when someone thinks they need a 2nd wall oven, a decent countertop toaster/convection oven will do the trick just fine!
It’s as satisfying to say as a parent as it was frustrating to hear as a child.
I’d never survive parenthood if it wasn’t for “we’ll see.”
I think the paintings of the wounded vets supports that theory. My guess is that once he was out of office and saw the world as a citizen again and saw what his legacy was, it shook him.
