Yeah I completely understand your plight, as my gf's office handles a lot of cash patients. Have you asked for a written quote as to what the service will cost? That way you can call them out if they charge for more? Best of luck!

I can't speak for your specific instance, but the dentist and especially the dental assistants probably didn't like you talking about the cost of the procedures because it's not their job. Pricing and payment options are usually handled by the front desk office people. Depending on where you went the dentist may have

I made the mistake of going there one time and I'll never go back. It was expensive and their sales team was way to pushy.

Haha I know how you feel, but at this point I'm pretty sure it's not the G5's fault I suck at Battlefield 3/4, so upgrading probably wouldn't do me any good.

With that Best Buy student discount and other discount knocking $250 off the retail price I ended up pulling the trigger on a new MBA to replace my mid 2011 one. $794 out the door is ridiculous.

I had that issue when I first got my 2011 MBA, but I traced it down to Flash taking up a lot of resources. If you use Safari or Chrome with Flashblock (my personal choice) you should get every bit of battery life advertised with light usage.

I love the Moto X for in the car stuff! With Bluetooth I basically have hands free control.

This is actually really cool, as there are a lot of times I will order something Prime, because I can, but I don't actually need it in two days. Now if they could get it so everything that ships from the same location gets shipped in the same box, that would be cool!

I'll have to check them out!

Condoms. You can save a ton of money by buying them in bulk, reducing the chance of being out of them "in the heat of the moment" and the awkward conversation during the subsequent purchasing process.

Meh, it's only a matter of time until we have self driving cars that we can simply do similar requests for.

I'm usually fully on-board with unions and the protections they offer, but I think this is one of those cases where both can work simultaneously. I can't read all of the Gawker article right now, but from the gist of it, it seems like it's a pretty decent side gig, but maybe not something you could or would want to do

Such as? As for distribution*, that's what they're doing, they're disrupting an established industry. It's not like synergy or some other meaningless word.

I can't speak to how Uber (or Lyft for that matter) treat their employees, but everytime I've used the service the employees have always been extremely friendly and have always been professional and spoke well of the service. Taxi service in Metro Detroit is terrible (impossible to get through to taxi drivers, drivers

correct on both accounts.

Cerberus is amazing, especially the picture taking capability. My gf lost her phone and even though we tracked it down to a certain house, we couldn't do anything more as we didn't have any proof of who actually had it.

I'll be shocked if Cleary is healthy and doesn't play in more then ten games.

What about the loyalty to your young prospects that have been patiently "ripening" for years in the AHL?

I really think maps should get it's own set of commands including that and the ability to add a POI to the route like a gas station

For real, I find Google Now and voice dictation to be a huge help. With the Moto X paired to my Bluetooth in my car it basically serves as an advanced touch free system.
