Yeah I grew up with Oprah and used to absolutely LOVE her. Can’t count the number of times in high school or college we cried watching her. Now I realize that if I were to go back and watch the episodes I was so moved by, I’d probably be disgusted.

I’m bewildered by the whole tv therapist phenomenon. Any credible therapist would never allow this to happen on television, so why do people even look to this as a credible thing?
