I still leave my shoes tied just tight enough to make them slip-ons even after the improvements I’ve seen in my lifts from the increased mobility. Then again, I think my shoe tying volume would see good gains from dropping a few pounds.

Same boat as all of you. Mobility for shit, injuries to match. I got turned on to the Kabuki Movement System and its philosophies. It’s literally changed everything, squat depth, no-pain bench, getting in and out of the car like pro. Toenails: handled. Chris Duffin is a fucking warlock and his work is dark magic.

Thanks for the concern, mom, but it’s likely that someone is contagious before they feel sick. If your fellow gym-goers can’t keep their hands out of their mouth, that’s their problem.
