100% agree. I really wish he would push himself out of his comfort zone and try something daring. He seems destined to follow the Jackie Chan route of always being the good guy. Plus he needs to have that happy ending, not satisfying or realistic just happy. The shine of his product is starting to wane
I don’t really care that she is no one. So why allow the first one to set up the mystery? It’s narratively speaking a let down and wasn’t given enough focus to be seen as a triumph for the character facing adversity by themselves. But at least we are passed the “Rian Johnson explains that scene/choice/controversy”…
