I don’t think I slept for several months and spent most of my waking hours either terrified or deeply depressed. Felt scared to go to friends’ houses, couldn't have them in mine. I cried every single night before I fell asleep.

Also for some people bed bug bites are a hundred times it chief than the worst mosquito bites so waking up with twelve new ones every day is torture.

The agency is likely setting an example. If it was only a few grand, how will other businesses be deterred from engaging in the same type of behavior?
