You misunderstand what I’m saying.  I’m saying that older cars have the features buyers are looking for, so they are buying older cars instead of new ones. And you can’t put off a purchase, if you need transportation now.  That logic doesn’t fly.

There are a lot of people who see the upcoming future of electric vehicle inevitability, hybrids, and smaller engines, and instead of buying into that, opting for older cars with bigger engines.

While putting a hemi in almost any vehicle instantly makes it interesting, for this sort of ride, I’d just get a brand new Ford Model A frame/shell and use that instead of this. I guess if you Mopar exclusively.  Maybe.  But still.

From what I hear, with the auxilliary tank, you should be able to get over 300 real miles offroad. That by itself is a game changer for a mid-sized bike.

Your tin and copper are high, so it has had some effect on the bearings. But your molybdenum and zinc are high, which means the oil additives designed to help at the bearings are better than average, and likely saved your tookus. Magnesium is way high. I’m uncertain what parts on that vehicle are made of it, but valve
