I never liked these. I’m not gonna start now. Whoever buys this is in for a cascade of age-related problems.

Unless LR quietly changed absolutely everything about how it builds cars for this model year, the data set on LR should still be reliable. If you’re gonna buy this thing, buy two.
If only someone could have predicted this...
The Talbot was and is a POS and no hp increase can help it.
Sold! I love these things. The flaws aren’t deal-breakers - I’d install an aftermarket backup cam when considering the stereo, though. This car isn’t huge compared to an SUV, but the seating position doesn’t do a lot to ease the effort of parallel parking.
Nope. Unless you count a lifelong dedication to paying bills on time and a (finally) bulletproof credit score.
In my 20's, an enterprising student at my alma mater stole the personal information of 125 alumni when said student was supposed to be archiving graduated student files. I found out when I received a hearing notice for an accident “I” got in while driving a rental van near the Philadelphia zoo.
She has time and money and the help of professionals. An unbelievably hot girl working (even with help) on a Bronco of this vintage in order to drive it regularly? That would have stopped my 25 year old heart. At this age, I’m just happy to see a woman her age learning how to fix shit. Wrenching really is fun once you…
One of the more troubling things about internet culture is the rise of fan groups who superimpose their own fantasies onto (famous) people’s lives.
It’s really a strategy to mobilize and retain the bigotry vote. If the majority of Americans voted according to ideological polling, none of this shit would be happening. This is what voter apathy get us: the tyranny of the minority.
We really do infantilize the older generations in the US.
1988 Subaru GL. 0-60 in 72 seconds.
The carwash in my neighborhood partners with the local Tesla dealer to wash and detail the new cars. According to the dudes, a blind man would know a Tesla from “the rattle”.
My car prejudices give way to an almost irrational fondness for Pontiac. My uncle had a ‘74 Grand Prix that was just the coolest thing my little self had ever seen, so much so that I bought one in my late teens and drove that thing from 40k to 200k without a shade of problem, and I did it in 3 years. You do…
His comments seemed qualified from the beginning - people might forget that he said how brilliant Campion’s past work was, that he like Cumberbatch, etc.. His main objection seemed to be that the movie just didn’t ring true as a portrayal of the American West. It didn’t, because wasn’t. Doesn’t mean it wasn’t great…
This thing is fucking stupid. And, that’s just the steering wheel - the rest challenges superlatives.
Chevy Cavalier. Escort 2+2. Any early 2000's Hyundai. Every VW.
There are people, such as Kaepernick, who have a valid claim against being cancelled. This dude is a citizen of a country that has been sanctioned due to it’s horrific actions; in his case, the sanctions have worked as planned by causing him pain. He shouldn’t complain to Formula 1, he should complain to his…
The house and the bill payments over the past ten years totalled $1.7 million. The house itself is not worth $1.7 million.
The entertainment complex is nothing if not predictable. One could be forgiven for thinking that there are only about ten plot devices available to writers at any given time, and every show must have the requisite insubordinate hero who’s smarter than all the officers, a party-hearty type with substance problems…
