That is exactly how my trust-fund baby former friend viewed things when he had a medical issue that entitled him to a muck-ton of government aid. He did not modify his rhetoric or beliefs one bit. It was simply him finally getting back personally what he’d put in.

Again, said former friend was a trust-fund baby. I

they took a cardboard box as their template

I think Mnuchin already had that down really well.

She’s as Scottish-born trophy wife who’s nmarried to Mnuchin two months - meaning she has some nerve to pull the “My husband and I have paid more taxes than you” card to a native-born American. Linton married her money...so she has no right talking about how she has sacrificed more than any average American regarding

I see what you did there. And I like it!

I saw her on CNN yesterday, and she said they have a friend who is having a serious health problem and she’s been using her “15 minutes” to hilight the fund-raiser they are having to raise money to help pay his medical bills.

So much money....yet her roots are brassy. Why?

That might be the most shameful part of this (for her). It really seems like all of these Trump stooges are basically “playing house.” Linton thinks she can become the next Jackie O by dressing up and posing as she steps out of a plane with her charlatan of a powerbroker husband. Ivanka thinks she can divest

I’m going to ignore any more nonsense from this classless biatch and instead give a shout-out to Jenni Miller who has been an articulate badass throughout all the hoopla around this. She should look into politics.

I mean they’re just following this administration’s lead by stealing taxpayer money.

Nope, she’s the asshole who wrote a “memoir” in which she lied about volunteering in Africa, invented stories about evil African mercenaries and wild escapes and other bullshit, and made it clear that she’s racist, clueless, and untalented.

Is there any chance that this will give pause to Trump’s working class supporters?

And this differentiates her from the entire Republican party how?

Of course not. They don’t see themselves as “working class” but as “temporarily embarrassed millionaires” who fully expect all that wealth to trickle down.

if i were her, i’d get out of town, find myself a safehouse or a relative close by, lay low, try to stay out of the news.

She doesn’t regret her comments. You can just tell she was forced to apologize to smooth things over. She probably hasn’t had a moment of true self-reflection in her entire life. She regrets being caught in the people’s crosshairs.

“...she does not receive compensation for products she mentions.”

Because that’s not what she wanted to do. Plenty of women have baked cookies, had teas, and managed a lot of world changing doing those things (bake sales and community organization to save everything from rivers to historic buildings to hospitals.)

Also, it’s pretty cool to see that they’re a pretty diverse group of women. I was stunned they they included the woman with the box braids, in a good way.

The woman won Miss Universe I think. I was like “Jesus Christ who is that?” And then I thought “ok that makes sense”
