I bet his entire social media empire will be composed of slide shows.  Perhaps slide shows within slide shows.

Holy shit I hate this so much.

Found Portnoys burner account.

Maybe an unpopular opinion here, but it’s mine.

Which isn’t bad, really, but with this show, its real strength is in change and adaptation.

I want to thank the person who posted last week about reshaping the window so that all of the slides show up on the same page.

42 Slides?! What is this a PowerPoint presentation from hell.

Why is this a slideshow? Also, every one of these apps exist to basically advertise to you, and who knows what else depending on what you agree to when you install the app, so no thanks. On the rare occasion I eat fast food I can wait 5 minutes in line.

I agree; without being able to use “/latest” for io9 as I do for the other Gizmodo sites, the redesign of the home page has effectively trashed its usefulness to me. I concede that it is very effective at presenting stories in the way that Gizmodo wants to present them, but it is utterly ineffective in presenting

I’m with ya, glad to know I’m not alone. They got rid of io9.gizmodo.com and changed it to gizmodo.com/io9, which means you CAN’T go to io9.gizmodo.com/latest anymore and you’re forced into the new format. That does, in fact, suck, and pretty much kills my interest as I can’t just come back and pick up where I left

The new site format sucks and activity keeps me from engaging with the site.

In the lawsuit, which was first reported by Axios, the coalition argues that New York has no authority to regulate broadband prices because broadband services fall under the purview of the federal government. The suit asks the court to invalidate the New York law, rule that its enforcement would be illegal, and

Tabasco is basically a hot vinegar.

Fuck. Off.

The only way to get to the Aleutian Islands is by boat.

I will simply bookmark thetakeout.com/latest and use that. I hate the new GMG design that is working its way through all the sites (this is essentially the Gizmodo design).

Great, now its time to update this bookmark to thetakout.com/latest

I don’t care how good these sides are - I am NOT going through a slideshow to see what they are.

no 20-pound turkey.

Please don’t start with the slideshow nonsense.
