I honestly liked Annakin more than Mace Windy (Windu? Wind dew?) and absolutely more than Yoda.

You're right, the Jedi do act like fascists. Leading armies of goosestepping clones, and nobody questions it or even raises an eyebrow. They're complete dicks to Annakin. Annakin even goes to Yoda for help with his emotional pain because he loves Padme, and Yoda basically tells him to suck it up and repress everything!

If they can scan midichlorians, tolerate Jar Jar Binks, and defeat Sith lords and emperors alike… I'm pretty sure they have the force powers to stop slaves exploding.

Looked like just one slave guy to me. Could have walked to the spaceship at a very leisurely pace. If they can measure midiclorians, tolerate Jar Jar, and defeat Sith emperors… I'm pretty sure they have the technology and force powers to walk a child to a spaceship. And steal that engine part.

Right from the get-go the prequels are one long groan.

Before the prequels, I didn't even much like the original Star Wars. I saw it when I was young, and my reaction was: "meh, it's ok, kinda boring, kinda average story with a mentor and a hero etc."

God what, they left that in?!

Still 2 hours and 45 minutes too long. God those prequels stink.

The debate over how we are polluting the planet has turned into partisan politics over just one theme. That's already a Hollywood blockbuster right there: black and white and one scary villain.

That's logical I must admit. But if you're grading a show against itself, then Dads could get a B some weeks I suppose. Still doesn't make that much sense.

In my opinion an A, but it's difficult to be specific when it's subjective.

That was my exact first thought. How I Met Your Mother gets an A (??), and True Detective and this Walking Dead episode get a C.

It's a great time to be a writer. It's the worst time to make it a career that pays your bills.

The quality of writing and acting on this series is very high. I found it 4 years late, but I'm really sad they've only made 1 season. I hope Netflix finds this seris and gives it new life!

This series is fascinating. It's a shame it didn't get renewed, but I'm happy we got one season of something subtle and different. Better than 7 seasons of something boring and inane.
