@Eternal: Yes, but what I'm saying is that with the DS, there is actually a social pressure to upgrade.

While the DS does have a varied library of games, I have to assume many of its sales numbers come from the endless model updates.

@Benny: Yeah, I was also thinking this looks almost lawsuit worthy.

@Soho: Really, all RPGs regardless of origin have disappointed me lately (Valkyria Chronicles and Demon's Souls being the lone exceptions - and some may not even consider them RPGs). The thing that just ticks me off is that the guys at Bethesda have this hard-on for criticizing JRPGs.

@nauticalland: Fallout 2 isn't exactly an example of modern WRPGs.

C'mon Kotaku - I thought you were better that this. Always give us the full context.

@Demonbird: Yeah, I love the click-stick. One of the reasons old-school arcade games are so great on the NGPC.

I love how everybody is asking for two control nubs. One of them wasn't bad enough? Seriously, nothing should be controlled with those things.

@Hi-Im-Asylum: In the report, it said that White Tower has BlazBlue (plus almost every other popular fighter around).

@hazelnut: Yeah, I remember going to a Good Will with some friends of mine. Didn't feel like going, but they were looking for Halloween costumes so I figured "Why Not".

A tissue box next to the joysticks? So, they have Dead or Alive there too?

@Travakh: Can you smell what he's cookin'?

@GrandAeon: Never thought about it that way. Then again, I'm not the type to sell a game unless I just didn't like it... in which case, I'm unlikely to buy it in the first place.

@Michael Dukakis: Yeah, I am pretty proud of that MGS3:Limited deal.

Man, everybody seems to be getting all pissy about this. Personally, when a game like this is extremely expensive and only because it's rare, I'm thankful. It's just a status symbol, and as such, I don't have to worry about it.

@Eternalbl: It came with FFVIII. I think that should tell you just how common the demo disc is - and as such, how worthless it is.
