This is exactly how I feel. I’m gen X. I grew up wanting 50s and 60s cars because current cars were crap. Sure, I’d love a Buick Grand National, maybe a 911 from the era, but that’s about it.

This is what I’m waiting for. Of course, I would really prefer to share a beautiful restored 50s or 60s car with my dad. He’s the one who got me interested in cars in the first place.
My parents, who were in their 30s in the 1980s, certainly did lust after the 1950s and 60s cars. They bought them from their parent’s generation, who bought them new.
I’m sorry, but to me, a gen X, “boomer cars” are a national treasure, and should be protected. Growing up, I’d much rather have had a 1965 GTO than a 1988 Mustang. No contest.
The Duke boys jumped more than that in the General Lee. I’m sure of it!
Yeah, but it’s a ‘57 Chevy. I would probably not have the heart to throw it out. It was the most perfect vehicle ever created.
With the EV revolution coming, I’m wondering how our electrical grid will withstand the transformation.
You explained the situation very nicely.
Believe it, baby! This thing outsold the Mustang 28 to 1!
This is good, but I think the Silverado needs even more help!
Nothing wrong with this. I’ve lapped the Nordschleife in a Range Rover in Forza. :)
I like this guy already!
I’m partial to this one too, but I think I may like the first 3 years more.
I came here to say, “does Volkswagen know about this?” It looks like you beat me to it. Have a star!
I think their family needs to drive a Rebel Machine.
That mess will smell good in a few days!
That’s kind of how I feel about it. Maybe I’ll be able to send a robot to watch the race for me. I hope I have a good time.
Why would I want to watch a bunch of robots race?
That jeep would never be road legal (in it’s current state) here in Alberta. I’m glad you made it!
4th gear: they aren’t going to make money with autonomous cars. Once the public embraces them, they’re the end of the car industry as we know it. They’ll be no more interesting than taking a taxi.
