I have one of these, and it’s great! I tend to have jars of minced garlic in olive oil that I keep in my fridge to have on hand, and this little gizmo makes short work of mincing.

I have a small, stupid kitchen, and I swapped out my IP and separate air fryer for..wait for it..a COMBINATION INSTANT POT/AIR FRYER! It’s the best! It also dehydrates food and has a sous-vide setting!
