Aspirin can be hard on your liver and body in other ways - especially to people who have other medical conditions like a clotting disorder. Injury and damage especially over the long term can result. People who are "appearance anxious" over things like dandruff should take caution before using it to treat something

That's Awesome. 52 years old? There's hope for me yet. I feel now It's sad that I just said that about me...

@djert: Personal attacks are unnecessary and demean only YOU as a commenter. All I'm saying is - a shared understanding is necessary. The US refuses to use the metric system. In engineering school - we learned that this was one of the single most inconvenient aspects of engineering because parts, sizing, and

@loudambiance: I know the industry has a standard - I mean for the consumers! When I buy a hard drive, and the size displayed in my operating system is way different than the box says - that's not standardized. Windows is on - what - 85% of the worlds computers? The hardware people need to match what people expect.

It seems like 99.9 percent of programs and files I download are size calculated in base 2. It creates real confusion when somebody downloads a file and the size is different. I just think the industry needs to standardize one way or the other.

I've dealt with this issue before. The International Track and Field Association did this against their own rules. This organization has adopted the 2003 International Olympic Committe Rules rules (Listed at this link [www.iaaf.org] ) and so this should never have been in issue. EVEN IF she had been through a

@GitEmSteveDave_WonAForeignLott...!: Well said - but this worked against me! I was driving through a suburb at 1am one time and an officer who saw during a traffic stop me with my hands at 10 and 2 waiting for him, fingers extended, assumed I "had been through the drill before" since "I knew what to do". He drew his

@rixatrix: Wow. Incredible post. Amen.

@se7a7n7: Wait until puberty sets in - then you'll need it. ;)

Be prepared to have customs exam your laptop hard drive as well (you never know these days...). Don't carry lots of music you don't "legally" own or god forbid any kind of pornography. There have been recent cases of routine border searches getting people in trouble for these things - and yes - it is legal for them

He looks kinda like Edward from Twighlight.

A fine example of darwinism...and also...um - that sounds like it would OUCH!

Oh god - are those velcro covers over the laces? Please don't bring velcro back.
