@Flaming Llama: Yea the digitizer is busted too. Its mostly people overseas that pay a premium for a broken phone. I am guessing they fix it and flip it as refurbed.

Well...I need an iphone right now, but I am holding out for the 5. The wifey dropped her White 3GS and now she has mine. I am stuck with a crappy Cingular Motorola (our emergency spare) phone until June I guess. =(
