It’s too bad they’re doing less reviews, but at least they’re filling the void with clickbait and mediocre political coverage.

I’m not sure the bit about “the Timeless Child” will turn out to be important to the season. It might’ve just been another cryptic reference to the Doctor’s Mysterious Past™.

I believe she said that she’s originally from another planet. That might be an issue but if she came to Earth a long time ago and was a citizen of the United States at the time the Constitution was ratified, than she would be eligible to serve as President.

So far the new season has been adequate, which is about what my expectations were going into it.

The Eleventh Doctor also mentioned it at one point, I believe.

I think I’m also a little concerned because it’s a foreign production and they’re dealing with America’s racial history. It’s already a sensitive subject, and I worry about them having enough cultural understanding to really engage with it.

They did sort of deal with the bigotry of the past during Martha’s tenure(at least in “Human Nature”/“The Family of Blood,” the other historicals kind of sidestepped it.), although next week’s episode definitely looks like it’s tackling the issue more head on than the show has before. I hope they handle it well but I’m

Epzo agreeing to the tie also felt a little too easy.

It could’ve maybe also been a referring to Susan’s father/mother, although I think it was likely just meant to be another cryptic reference to the Doctor’s Mysterious Past™ that might not necessarily be expounded upon.

At least it’s not as egregious as Arrow, when Oliver said gentrification was part of his platform when he ran for mayor.

I thought that was a strong premiere, although seasons 2 and 3 also started off well and they still had some issues. Maybe things will run smoother now with Kreisberg out of the picture.

I’d definitely prefer Cheryl over the NTA members.

I really need to get around to watching Crazy-Ex Girlfriend.

I hope Archie goes to the same prison as Oliver Queen.

I just can’t get that excited about this. Warner Brothers still has a ways to go to earn my trust back and a sequel to a movie I didn’t really care for isn’t an adequate trade off for Guardians 3.

My thoughts on the episode are largely positive. I didn’t think it was quite as strong as “The Eleventh Hour” or even “Deep Breath,” and the tonal change is a little more jarring than the one from Davies to Moffat, but it was OK. It did feel a little flat at times, but I’m not sure how much of that was the

It’s possible Susan is alive somewhere and the Doctor only thinks she’s dead.

Ugh, I really wish BBC America had showed the credits so viewers here could’ve heard the new theme.
