The vast majority of people can be separated by the parts they were born with. Intersex individuals should be handled on a case by case basis. If a person is trans, good for them. But a consequence of that transition should probably be that trans women and trans men taking testosterone have to compete with men.

Then you’d effectively be eliminating women from sports. There’d be a few exceptions but not many.
