I played a ton of Grim Dawn as a backer, and I enjoy this one better even with the bugs. However I would wait for them to fix a lot of the major ones (hopefully a couple months, they are planning weekly patches) before buying it.

It has a way better story than Grim Dawn. Pretty similar to Diablo actually. There is no real “class’ system. It is very flexible. You can pick any skill you like that you’re allowed to use with your equipped weapon. For example, if you use a catalyst on your left hand, and a dagger on your right, then you can use…
I like Wolcen’s combat way better than Grimdawn. But the bugs is just game breaking for me. I played until act 2, and the game reset my progress so I have to start act 1 again. Even with all my skill and gear intact, I’m not gonna touch this game again, at least for about 6-12 months.
Its about the same speed, with a bit more of PoE’s free form class system, and D3's skill runes.
Goddamn, talk about entitled. A skin that is technically available for free* for individuals who connected their accounts and then watched the League content for the past two seasons. It’s not like there’s even 67 hours of content available to watch between the 6th and the 19th anyway (on average there’s about 20…
I have very very fond memories of WC3. I would say CoH is better though. Blizzard games were usually resource grabs and massing huge amounts of units quickly and battling it out. If you chose the wrong units to build, you were screwed. That was essentially the game.
It’s better than DoW (which I like as well)—the environments (maybe because they’re modelled on real battles) is better, and the units have more character. But they’re the same studio, so it’s CoH is a real iterative/evolution rather than something different. You’ll notice the dna of DoW ideas in CoH.
I think CoH is heads and tails better than either of those games.
Wow, hope this doesn't end up harming all of the goodwill Blizzard has been carefully fostering with their fanbase lately.
Incoming Activision-Blizzard streaming service in 5... 4...
Man... It’s hard to fathom how stripped down this will look to run at a reasonable framerate on portable mode. Not to mention the already-too-small menu / inventory text. It was a hit chuggy already even on the 1x.
JFC. Butter your eggs? And don’t forget to fry them in Pig LARD. Cholesterol, anyone.
Cool, let's just let everyone decide for themselves how property that doesn't belong to them should be used. What could possibly go wrong?
Fixed your headline.
This is probably the same asshole who (seated one row behind you) takes his shoes off on the plane and then rests his feet on your arm rest.
Didn’t watch it, but my New Year’s resolution 5 years ago was to quit drinking. I did and I still have. So let’s stop telling people to stop doing resolutions. If it works for them and gives them extra push to make a change in their life, can we just let it be? I swear everyone has a reason to shoot down…
Not being able to get notified on replies to comments kinda stinks. I enjoy my fake Kinja points
You’re really going to differentiate between all the darn iterations of the same systems? Seems redundant and disingenuous.
