Starting from scratch is starting with zero characters at max level to do rifts and grifts. Well that’s what I would be for me. 

I think most people who wanted to play this, is already burnt out on it from playing on a different system. This isn’t really the type of game people like to start from scratch. I’d grab it if I could transfer my data from my PC saves, but that ain’t happening.

I must say. This is one of the most updated games I’ve every played. I played up to like season 13. I’ll go back this on the PC to play the Necro, sooner or later.
