@Sweetz: Automatic weapons aren't necessarily better at killing. They're good at suppressive fire. Sniper rifles and many semi-automatic handguns are more powerful round-per-round than an assault rifle. So, if killing's your business, just look at Cho and Virginia Tech.

@exoseer: The closest thing I can think of is if MS releases a wand for one hand, that will be movement. Your arm will be for aiming. You wouldn't necessarily need to aim your hand out like a 10-year-old, though. Just your palm or fist. Then you squeeze your fist to shoot.
