@SewerShark: If you don't mind using an electronic drumkit (apparently there are adapters for acoustic drums as well) they make some MIDI converters that may/may not work with this through Harmonix' little adapter box.

I went to do something on mine a couple times during the day (was at work in Clearwater, in the mentioned Tampa/St. Pete area) and got nothing. Texted a status update to facebook complaining about it, and about a half hour later it was working again. Somewhere around 1pm maybe?
