A compilation of interviews with the Beastie Boys regarding social issues and being role models. Enjoy!

I understand you're happy with how your life unexpected changed and things turned out ok. But... weren't you basically forced to carry on with your pregnancy due to circumstances and your mom?

I was hoping for that. My daughter was distraught seeing the poor thing bleed. He didn't have any others cuts or wounds so figured (s)he will heal up.

I guess Doug is one of the people who think rape jokes are funny. They're not. Just don't.

The last time (a few days ago) I saw my identical looking kitty play with a large lizard that she had just caught it in the back yard, she also had bitten off half his now bloody tail. This cute pairing above would not end well for the lizard in our family......

@amandabcook exactly! breastfeeding still is under so much scrutiny. Another factor I didn't see mentioned too much besides in your comment (but I didn't read everyone else's..) is the financial factor. Breastmilk is free, always available and clean. I honestly couldn't ballpark the savings it is to choose

@cantfindwaldo It seems some gore details are blocked out by our memory. And yes I too was shocked after birth no. 2 to find out how strong my bleeding was. Being too active after merely a week chunks came out of me. I called my midwife in despair and she said it was normal. wtf? sidenote: bebe no. 1 was born per

nah all 5 of of us in this home (ranging from 11 to 42) love us some Ye. I don't really care too much for Kimmy, I enjoy Khloe more. But yea i think these two actually are a good fit, personality wise.

haters gonna hate?

and based on what info do they assume she had miscarriages? ugh. I am so glad I'm not famous. All the gossip and bs. I totally understand why someone like Sade just stays out of the spotlight, stays elusive.

@teacherdee how do I "promote" someone's post on here? I'm still a newbie in the gawker/jezebel commenting department

thanks @Considerthewaffle and @teacherdee for the replies. I started watching Mad Men last year (did a marathon courtesy of netflix hah!). At first I was still shocked here and there with the well portrayed difference in culture (then vs. now). I love watching the women evolve into more feminist characters. That scene

loved her since Sisters.... that's all

I loved Joan in this episode, and she speaks so calmly when she kicks him out. damn! The very vivid dream of Don freaked me out. Do we think Don is capable of murder? I assume he will eventually cheat again. Or would Megan kick him out after one affair?

@Brazenhussy In the over four years being with my partner we must have had sex over a 1000 times. Once or twice a day is our normal, with a few break days per month. Before he came in my life it was a question of lots of masturbating ;-)

@petite_chouette true....

@untanglerofthreads While I was married I used condoms only for about 7 years. Before and between planned pregnancies. We used more than 1 condom a week, often about 3. In my single years I doubled up on birth control and used condoms as std protection. Still managed to use more than one a week. More I'm the exception

@Annathaema you're incorrect. Currently I'm without health Insurance, for the first time in 40+ life. I have been given a PP card that will cover all my check ups and when the time comes to replace my Mirena later this year, it will be completely covered. It will be my 3rd Mirena and I love this birth control so much.

only TWO packs of condoms for a total of 72 total a year? that is barely 1.5 a week. I thought most people are more sexually active than that or are you presuming the others are paid for by the man?

I had one miscarriage, the first time I was (planned) pregnant. It was after an emotional evening and quite early on, about 7 weeks in. My lovely then-mother in law shrugged it off and said I had been only a little bit pregnant. Stay classy MIL!!
