A friend of mine was in a Broadway show produced by Scott Rudin and said he was a nightmare. She had the starring role as a fill in for the main lead as she didn’t want to do the show 6 nights a week (she wasn’t understudy - she actually was in the play 1-2 nights every week during the entire run).
