It’s a shame Jersey Girl flopped because i thought he was actually growing as a director when that came out, but since then it’s just been greatest hits rehashes to the point where i don’t even have an urge to see them any more.

So they may as well have just made Joel McHale’s character Jack Knight instead of Sylvester Pemberton. James Robinson writes on the show so I’m not sure why they didn’t use the Knight name. It’s always weird to me, because he’s clearly patterned off of Jack Knight, now even down to the leather jacket
