Shes a musician that I had never heard of, yet every article treats as a household name or something with no mention of what she does.

The exception that proves the rule. Yes, all those characters were pre-existing, however, with the exception of Z who is very well known, none of those characters really work correctly outside of Morrison’s grasp. It takes a really special writer to use these quirky characters, and the track record is really poor.
Yes, but those characters, though DCs, sprang from Morrisons mind, and almost anyone who used them afterwords was a very pale imitation.
“but if it means that the imprint’s characters will be free to wander their way into more of DC’s more mainstream books, then perhaps there’s a silver lining to the news after all.”
That’s definitely another way to go. You can imagine an unaired episode directed by Rob Zombie or something
This is the moment when i know i am officially old, because not only do i not know who Grimes is, when i read the discription of what she does, I still don’t understand quite who this blurry mouthed girl is.
I’m thinking Jasper moved in with Kristen Wigg and Chris Elliot
Just pretend that bit about the bunker people never happened, that’s what i’m going to do because then you get a nice end where the group lives in harmony with goats in the citrus/avocado grove
Yyeah, every town probably has at least 3 good bakeries for your tiny cake needs

Poster art for the next Spiderman movie
I quit reading Green Lantern because they regressed Guy Gardner back into the jerk he used to be.
Young hot blond female is indeed the pinnacle of priviledge
I guess that depends on how you feel about a clothed Traci Lords
It seems like the problems are analogous to what certain monthly comics have with big event crossovers, where the main story the monthly comic is trying to tell gets waylaid to horn in the shared universe event. Sometimes you get a writer like James Robinson who can figure out how to make DC One Million work within…
I’m still waiting for Walt Disney to remake Black Hole. That movie could be so good.
Maybe a half hour now is worth an hour of prestreaming era time?
Those shows were an hour and a half long though
i saw STP during that same timeframe and it was the worst concert I’ve ever been too. Weiland was off his head on drugs, had zero stage presence and could barely get thru their set, the tempo of which had been slowed down considerably so that Scott could keep up. It was terrible.
